1. Why no records are kept here

Since no such material is created here, the operator counts neither as a primary producer nor as a secondary producer. For that reason the record-keeping rules in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and in 28 C.F.R. Part 75 have no bearing on this site.

2. Linked websites

All sites reachable through our links are run independently of us. Each answers for its own 2257 compliance, which includes checking that every person shown is at least 18, and publishes its own custodian of records information.
